Draconian Billing Terms
Typical Daily Neutral Fees = $15,000 plus $1,000-$2,000 Admin Fees.
Each Attorney Must Pay $8,000 Per Case for One Day Hearing.
Avg. Hourly Neutral Fee $1,500 (10 Hr. Minimum.).
All Fees Due Immediately by both Counsel-Parties at Sscheduling.
One Day Hearing Fees Non-Refundable if EITHER Party-Counsel Cancels within two Weeks of Hearing.
Multi-Day Hearing Fees Non-Refundable if EITHER Party-Counsel Cancels within 30 Days of Hearing.
Exception is if Large ADR Corp. "Re-Books" Cancelled Hearing Time with Other Counsel-Parties in a Different Case on Extremely Short Notice.
All "Unused" Neutral Time and Admin. Fees are Non-Refundable if Hearing Ends Early for any Reason.
After Non-Refundable Cancallation by EITHER Counsel-Party, Both Counsel-Parties Must "Pre-Pay" their Admin and Neutral Fees Again.

Friendly Billing Terms
$2.1k Full Day Flat Fee Per Side (2 Party Case)= Neutral + Admin. Fee.
$1.05k Half Day Flat Fee Per Side (2 Party Case)= Neutral + Admin. Fee.
Flat Fee (2 Party Case) Allocated 50% (Petitioners) + 50% (Respondents), unless agreed otherwise.
Flat Fee to Each Atty/Party Reduced if 3 or more Party Case with their own Attorneys.
Flat Fee Includes all Admin. Fees Except Actual Cost for "Off Site" Hearing Rooms.
Full Day = 8 hrs.. (2 hrs. Neutral Prep. and 8 hrs. Hearing)
Half Day = 5 hrs.. (1 hr. Neutral Prep. and 4 hrs. Hearing)
Flat Fee Due 7 Bus. Days b4 1 Day Hearings.
Non-Cancelling Attorney/Party Always Receives 100% Refund of their Paid-In Flat Fee.
Cancelling Atty/Party = Their Paid-In Flat Fee 100% Refundable, Less a $250 Admin Fee, if Cancellation 6 Bus. Days B4 Hearing.
Cancelling Atty/Party = Their Paid-In Flat Fee 70% Refundable if Cancellation 4 to 5 Bus. Days B4 Hearing.
Cancelling Atty/Party = Their Paid-In Flat Fee 50% Refundable if Cancellation 2 or 3 Bus. Days B4 Hearing.
Cancelling Atty/Party = Their Paid-In Flat Fee 30% Refundable if Cancellation 1 or Less than 2 Bus. Days b4 Hearing.
Cancelling Atty/Party = Their Paid-In Flat Fee 20% Refundable if Cancellation Less than 1 Bus. Days b4 Hearing.
Cancellation Fee only to First Counsel-Party making a Written Cancellation.
"Joint Cancellation" Requests Split Cancellation Fee Equally or Per Counsel-Party Written Agreement.
"Unused" Full Day Hearing Fee Partially Refundable if Fully Signed 664.6 Settlement within First 4 hrs. of Scheduled 8 hr. Hearing Time.
Avg. Neutral Fee for Additional "Post-Hearing" Neutral Time (with no New Scheduled Hearing Date) = Per Neutral Hrly Rate Attached to Invoice-Agreement.
